Murthy secured the victory and the largest portion of the prize money, $502,856, following a deal between the two finalists.

It involved a $1,200 No-Limit Hold’em main event guaranteeing a prize pool of $1 million and unfolded over several days. One thousand four hundred ninety entries demonstrated the appeal and competitive draw of the series. 

From the opening hand to the final showdown, the tournament encapsulated the high-intensity atmosphere of major poker events. The large number of entries ensured fierce competition, with poker players from across the country descending upon the Beau Rivage to take their shot at poker glory. The winner, Roman Meman, emerged victorious, claiming the top prize of $196,682.
