Tudor was born in Iasi, Romania, one of the most important cities in Romania, also considered the intellectual capital of the country. Before finishing high school in Iasi, Tudor moved to Bucharest, Romania’s capital, where he completed his high school education.

He obtained his diploma from Spiru Haret University in Bucharest, yet he decided not to work as a lawyer. Instead, he used his law knowledge and connections to enter the business world.
